When to Get in Touch
The best time to speak to an architect is early, when you are beginning to imagine what might be possible.
You do not need to have everything worked out. We can help you understand the opportunities, identify any constraints and turn your initial ideas into a clear and achievable plan. The earlier we become involved, the more value we can bring to the project.
How We Work
Every project is different, but our work generally follows three key stages:
1. Planning
We begin by listening. We visit the site, understand how you want to live and explore ideas together through conversation, drawing and design. From there, we develop a thoughtful proposal and guide it through the relevant planning approvals.
2. Technical Design
Once the design is agreed, we develop the detailed drawings and information needed to build it. We coordinate structural engineers and other specialist consultants, resolve materials and construction details, and prepare a clear package for Building Regulations, pricing and construction.
3. Construction
We can remain involved throughout the build, working closely with you and the contractor. We help answer questions, resolve unexpected issues and protect the quality and character of the design as it moves from drawing to reality.
