A historic property at the base of Emley Moor Mast, originally 18th century with significant 1980s alterations. Our work reorganised and extended the home, addressing rising damp, poor insulation, and disjointed layouts.

The scheme simplifies the flow of the house and opens it to the south-facing garden. Driven by light and space, the design updates a period home sympathetically for modern family life.
